Course Description
Oncology 2 is the clinical portion of the Oncology Massage Therapy Program. Students will perform Oncology Massage Therapy in a supervised clinical setting at an off-site externship (morning or afternoon hours) which includes a hospital oncology ward, chemotherapy infusion site, radiation center and hospice. Students will meet in a classroom setting once each week in the evening to discuss their experiences as well as to receive peer support.
