Oncology Massage Therapy Program

Overview

These courses train Massage Therapists to work with clients living with cancer whether they are currently receiving treatments, in remission, or in hospice. While the emphasis is on the physiology and psychology of the cancer diagnosis and treatment, the tools and skills learned in these courses also translate to working with clients who are medically frail. Students receive practical experience in working with those living with cancer, and learn to provide physician directed and patient centered therapy.
