A meridian based practical approach to health maintenance that utilizes muscle testing, neuro-lymphatic points, neuro-vascular points, and acupressure points to improve postural balance, reduce physical and mental pain and tension. Students will learn basic meridian and Five Element theories and how to integrate these principles/techniques into a massage.
